Do I need to be home?
Not always. Tell us in the booking notes where the car will be parked and how we get in. We need access to the car and a safe spot to work.
Do you need water or electricity at my place?
Tell us in your booking notes if there is no tap or plug point. We will confirm with you before the day.
How do I pay?
Pay a deposit by card online when one is needed, and settle the rest in cash, by EFT or by card on the day. Your booking page shows what is due.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Your request starts as pending. Our office checks the diary, confirms it and sends you a WhatsApp message.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link on your booking page to cancel, or send us a WhatsApp to move it to another time.
What if it rains?
We will message you on WhatsApp and move your booking to a day that suits you.
How long does a detail take?
Each service lists its time. The booking page only offers start times when our team can finish the job.
